AHA! But did it work? No..... otherwise you wouldn't have noticed people doing it so that you had to ask this question.
With this simple dee'ductive reasoning....... I can safely say that no. Having a cell phone in the mall is not a way to talk to yourself without having anyone notice. :)

ive done that, especially when i walk by someone i dont want to talk to so ipretend im talking on the phone.
