Try Frostwire. It's similar to Limewire, but it's based in a country (Sweden or Norway, I think) who's court system has determined that P2P downloading is legal. It's still illegal in the U.S. though. When you get to the site, they will ask you for a donation (optional), but do it anyway, it's worth it.

Try Frostwire. Its a program I found that works like Limewire, except its legal, and it downloads files faster.

You may try http://www.mobdown.com/

I noticed that they have some decent music downloads that was shared by other users. They have also some pretty darn funny videos at http://www.mobdown.com/ hope it's good for you.

Multiply.com is good. It's all user uploaded stuff, but it's not p2p. It's pretty good.
