Cosmo Kramer is awesome, you just never know what he is going to say. The thing is that all the characters in the show play their part. With out each of them the show would not be the show!

I totally loved Kramer... he is just hilarious! How could anyone really act that goofy... he was too funny! I always wondered what Jerry really had in common with any of those people anyway... he seemed so normal... sometimes I wondered if he was bored and didn't really have anyone else to hang out with ! I guess it's true what they say that opposites do attract!

Without a doubt George he is so funny to me I really don't think Jerry is too funny. I usually focus on George when I watch it because I find him to be the most entertaining.

Elaine Benes. She's just hysterically funny, and Julia Louis-Dreyfus plays her so well

Kramer! I love the fixes he gets everyone into---and himself! Remember shaving with butter? The Merv Griffin set? Putting the orientals in the drawer? The garbage disposal in the tub?
Also, Mr Peterman, of course! "That bra should be worn as a top." Thanks for making me smile!

GO COSMO! - GO!
Although, "the KRAMER look" (with that wild hair) has become so type-cast that it is such a mode to reflect in society, nowadays.
Kramer had no (really) LIMITATIONS in his character. - I would have appreciated more IN-DEPTH histories of each of the characters (kind of like HAPPY DAYS) so we could gain a better understanding of each character.
