Just letting it happen is the best. There is too much pressure on you when you are a guide unless you like guiding, but if you are forced to guide then it can be very stressful and overwhelming. On the other hand though not taking control of certain things can lead to unwanted things; so really it just depends on what is going on in order for you to be controlling or just laid back.

Much rather have control of the situation than have someone control me. I don't like just letting things happen but sometimes that just does without me having anything to do with it, unfortunately.

I am a strong woman who has had to do a lot on my own. So when it comes to relationships I prefer a man who is stronger and more dominant than I so I imagine I like to be controlled. I do not mean bossy or silly, I mean just so I know who is the boss behind closed doors.
Generally, though, these things just happen. It is nothing I go out of the way to make happen. Every relationship is different of course.

Most situations... I like to be in control.. I like to plan and lead the way.. but in the bedroom; I love that my husband is able to take control and guide the way.... it's nice to take a break from the lead role every once in a while! ;-)

Life is about balance. There are times when we all need to be in control. And there are times we need to be controlled.
We all need to be able to make certain decisions in our lives. But most of those decisions involve agreeing to abide be a set of rules. You can choose to take a job or not to take a job, but if you take it you will have to abide by the contract and rules of the employer.
Life is more fun if you know when to be in control and you know when to sit back and enjoy the ride.
