I got an email and its just blank where the sender's name is supposed to be. Also, another thing I noticed is that its 307 b (bytes?) which is way different than any other email I have gotten. I'm expecting an important email from a friend of mine. Should I open this or delete it? Could it be a virus? Please let me know...Thank you!

There is a way of seeing what's inside the e-mail without opening it. I strongly recommend that you do not open it, especially if it has an attachment.

Don't open it because it's most likely spyware, adware, a virus, or just regular old spam. If you're really curious the only thing that I would suggest is if you can scan the email before opening it for viruses and it comes up clean then you might want to try it but I'm sure if it was your friend it would show her email address.

Sure, it can. Don't ever open anything unless you know the sender. Don't even open something that has an interesting subject. These can be very dangerous.
