a 750 F has a 4 into 1 exhaust (single muffler on the right side) This was for more go and less show. Maybe the same applies to the 550 (?) You or the Honda dealer could tell for sure from the seriel number

According to the VIN #
The bike in the picture is a Honda 1974 CB550K0
Or just CB550K - the "0" means it's the first year it was made.
The serial #s began CB550 - 1000001
The 1975 model's serial #s began with CB550 - 1200005 (CB550K1)

The CB550F wasn't made until 1975
with the serial # CB550F - 1000002

The absolutely free reverse vin check sites generally provide fake information. To get real information, money will have to be paid. The free searches provide fake information so they can get your email address to send spam.

Stay away from shady reverse vin check sites, most likely you won't get any information after you make the payment. Not to mention you won't get a report and you won't get an answer if you try to call for a refund. Stick with a reputable reverse vin check site like http://www.reversevincheck.net that has been around since 1995.
