If you're looking for Christian Easter-themed films, try either version of "King of Kings" (silent or sound)--- Franco Zeffirelli's "Jesus of Nazareth" is an outstanding, though long telefilm, very good for inspiration and understanding---if you're into Christian symbolism, go with "Chronicles of Narnia; The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe"
All good movies, all worth a watch for a holiday weekend.
