You need to report her to childrens services before something happens. Do you really want that guilt on your head? Just do it.

HI
When children's welfare are of a major concern and no one will do anything, then its time to take matters into your own hands, especially when abuse is involved..
There is an 800 number you can call to report the abuse - just google it and you ll get the number - it would be "your state, child abuse hotline "
If you call once or twice and dint see any results, call again.
Otherwise, you can also call the dept of social services in your own town and ask to speak with someone from child protective services..
Again if you don't see results the first time, call them again.
If they get enough calls from enough people they will know something is up,and when you call the 800 number they always by law have to investigate.
Do you know for sure there is abuse??
you didn't give much information besides the fact the woman is a psycho and that it pisses you off because the children all have different fathers.
You cant condemn people for the way they choose to live there lives or because they have chosen to have many different partners through life..
If you call the 800 number and or social services, they are going to want strong facts that the children are being abused and that this person doesn't take care of them. they aren't going to be interested if the basis is your just pissed off....

You have a legal obligation to report her to Department Of Children Services if you feel there is a possibility of her abusing her children. You can do this anonymously so she will not know it was you that reported her. Do what is right for the children. It might be also that she will be referred for therapy to teach her better skills in how to raise your children.

I know how it is with the police, they will do something when something horrible happens. their hands are tied, trust me. Get a tape recorder, or better yet, you can buy a small outdoor video camera that works day and nite at walmart for less than 100 bucks. its a good investment for many reasons, anyway, tape her abusing the children then personally take it to the human services dept. in your town. good luck and bless you.

If her children look like they haven't been taken care of, like dirty for more than a day or 2, may be in the same clothes, if they look like they haven't been eating, then I would call, otherwise I would stay out of their business.

The cops don't want to get involved? That is terrible. Call CPS, it's their job to get involved....
