Are we talking a kayfabe firing, or are we organizing WWE stockholders to vote him out of the company (which I don't think is possible, since the McMahon family are still the majority stockholders I think)?
If you want to do a storyline, what would be the angle? They've already done the kids taking over, the wife threatening to divorce him (and then having a stroke), the other company had the nWo take over...

It’s not going to happen. McMahon OWNS the wrestling show he "works" on. He is much more than the "news reporter" he is the brains and the money behind the business. What ever happens on his show is under his control.
Now, I am not going to say that professional wrestling is fake, a body blow is a body blow and when you jump on a man to drive your elbow into his guts you can't pull that punch. But, most of it is scripted and at least in part planned.
Mr. McMahon had taken the WWE as far as he could, it was losing public interest so he let it die and then brought it back as RAW. He is an excellent showman if you like him or not.

He cannot be fired because he is the boss and the owner. If he lost in 'I QUIT match remmber the wwe is scripted and if Vince was to take part in a match like that then he would win or he would only do that if he is ready to pass it on ot his son Shane o' mac.

not possilbe.
even if he did it would be the same cause the creative team makes up all of the matches and storylines and stuff.
the "general manager" doesn't make the matches. he pretty much just announces them.
