Of course; just not in the media. To add to the others:
- reconfigured the State Dept which had tons of personnel in Europe and very little in the fast rising countries of China and India
- Ended years of hostility with the soon to be second largest economy of India by affirming that they are a nuclear power and bringing them and other rising powers into international economic organizations (Invitations to China, Brazil, India, and S. Africa to join G-7 meetings ministerial meetings, increasing China's vote in the IMF, signaling agreement to China’s involvement in the Inter-American Development Bank)
- Relocated many US troops from Europe to more important places (militarily)
- Brought Libya into the arena of respectable nations
- Prevented Syria from staying in Lebanon
- Brought worldwide respect to the US from rogue nations by showing that we could react and not be hamstrung by the UN inefficiencies
- Working with rather then against China with his policy of integrating China into the "new world order" ("a responsible stake-holder in the system")
- Free trade agreements with Canada and Mexico and working strongly at doing the same with many other S. American and C. American countries
- Stopped the dangerous decline in budgets for the US military
- The prescription drug plan (still needs work, but more then anyone else was able to do)
- denouncing the very flawed Kyoto Treaty and forming a group that can really do some good in that arena (the Asia-Pacific Partnership on Clean Development and Climate which represents more then half the world's global economy - unlike Kyoto) with Australia, China, India, Japan, and Korea
- Engaging China to work with the APEC Energy Working Group
