No. The American Gestapo would send out its troops and receive whatever payment was due. The American Gestapo are those same people that govern Credit Card non-payments. their all over you like flies until that payment is received. Wish I could swat 'em away like the miniscule flies they are.

No it would not collapse, but then if you did that, you could not be able to get onto the internet. So I don't recommend it.
