WAX! get it done at a salon tho, it's really cheap and they do an excellent job. Plucking is convenient for a very low quantity of stray hairs but if you're trying to change your entire appearence.... WAXin` eyebrows at the salon it is!
PLUCK- good for cleaning
WAX - excellent for complete makeover. (first time especially)

Waxing is fast and easy,but afterwards you will probably have to pluck any hairs that the waxing didn't get.

Wax. It is so much quicker and less painfull than plucking.
