Its on a sticker on the back or side of the case. Any LEGITIMATE cd that you purchase from a retailer WILL have a key.

No new CD comes without a product key for Windows platforms.

You will not only be breaking the law, but no key will work other then the key on the package the CD came with.

Microsoft will install, "WGA", (Windows Genuine Advantage). This tool records all of your hardware and software in your system.

Any program that you attempt to download from Microsoft they will check with the tool to see if you platform is valid. If not they can shut down your entire system or files criminal charges against you for using a non valid platform.

Take the CD, back to where you purchased and ask them to provide you with a valid key as it should be on the side of the box.

It should be on the side panel of the system, or on the back of your Windows booklet.
