Improve yourself. Get in shape, make more friends, be more optimistic, find a passion, do things you love. Don't think so much.

The esteem you have in yourself is the maximum you think of yourself whether it be good, bad or halfway. You increase the esteem by decreasing the amount of time you spend being or doing or in some way conducting yourself in a way that is below the regular way you behave towards yourself. You will increase the esteem in yourself in a way that does not increase the self reproachable things you do to yourself or others.

make yourself special by: improving your looks by trying new hairstyle. concentrate on what makes you feel good about yourself. know your limitations and accept that you're human bound to commit mistakes. embrace your sexuality and improve whatever talent you have. read to feed your brain and learn new things. love yourself for no one will.

Meditation. Reach inside thyself and speak with your inner spirit saying positive things about you. then look directly into a mirror and tell yourself you are who you are. Don't be insucure, i mean who cares what ppl think? well, i don't and it won't kill you to be laughed at. anyway, if somone laughs, laugh with them. think positive all the time.
