Padded, Not too thick, though, too much padding makes them look uneven and lumpy. Just enough padding to not make the nipples show.

I do the slightly padded...I can't stand showing nipple-age. I've been embarrassed too many times.

I don't like the padded ones.Everyone has them so I wear bras that are comfortable .If I wear them at all.I hate them.lol
