seem at how a lot time and attempt replaced into spent interior the Clinton trial. If the democrats determine to question Bush they might desire to have compelling information that he violated his oath of place of work and the regulation. If no longer, if it is going to become a political witch hunt, then the Democrats are not from now on than the republicans who impeached Clinton for political motives. via the way. After finding at another solutions I see there ought to be some definitions presented. An impeachment is comparable to an indictment. that's a perfect accusation, no longer a conviction. Clinton replaced into impeached, formally accused, yet he replaced into no longer convicted interior the trial interior the senate.

Yes.

Clinton was really impeached because the Republicans couldn't stand losing the election. Power hungry. They wanted the Power.

Note that Newt Gingrich recently confessed to having an affair while he was trying to impeach Clinton for lying. However, Clinton wouldn't have lied if they weren't hounding him.

It's an old old old old ancient story that politicians and sex go together. So yeah he shouldn't have committed adultery, he shouldn't have lied but adultery hurts a few people and is really a personal crime. Power affects more people and is more serious and more communal of a crime.

Bush should be impeached. And when the truth comes out many of his administration should be jailed. Maybe even hung. I think treason still is the only crime the holds the penalty of hanging.

Start the petition.

No. What do you mean that he is messing up as President? This is not high crimes and misdeamenor.

Here is the wording per U S Consitution:

The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors

"We" can't impeach anyone. That's up to Congress. You got your people in place. Time for them to put up or shut up. Could it be they got nothing to impeach him on?

Clinton didn't get impeached because he diddled a chubby little intern. The impeachment was because he lied to a grand jury. He even admitted he lied. If that were you or me or Scooter Libby, we would have done time.

I believe that Bush has not taken effective action against incompetence or corruption related to the 9/11/2001 attacks. There is evidence that the time and place of attacks were known and could have been prevented. There is also solid evidence that explosives and thermate was used to blow up three NYC WTC buildings. (See Professor Steven Jones of BYU.)

Instead of an honest investigation, we are faced with loose ends and cover ups. Instead of promotions, there should have been investigations and dismissals.

If GWB is impeached, it may be for a lessor issues such as illegal firing of judges to plant his own judges for political reasons. There's no question that he would be granted a pardon by the next Republican or Democratic president because the major parties are complicit.

Dude, if Clinton got impeached for private matters which don't even concern the way he was governing (which was a lot better) then Bush should definately be impeached

I'm not fully sure what job you think he is blowing but I do think he should be impeached for lieing to everyone as far as the reasons we went to war with Iraq.
