Once you learn a few simple things it really easy. The main thing is the part coming off the Fan/Windmill, it work everything, like a man chopping wood. We have a boat in Galveston Bay. This man have a small Lighthouse (Really Cool). But he have these Whirligigs everywhere. From Pie Pans and cup looking things and bicycle wheels, some real cool things. All out of Stainless Steel, so, not cheap stuff for a Pie Pan. ;-p
