I cannot STAND it!! There's way too many crazy characters to work w/in the team and I really hate it, but am saving a lot of cash for a school loan AHEAD of time?
Anyway did you notice when you were doing this type of work that there were several different type odd personalities to deal w/working in the team, and how in the world did you motivate yourself to stick w/it for the time being just for the sake of your much larger goals in life?
For ex. my friend and I have to deal w/constant sexual harrassement from one employee and one is unstable and yells all the time......
it's so hard to deal w/on top of all the physical labor, however at the time being there's not much available.......well spring's here so there's hope for better jobs SOON

PLEASE GIVE ME HELPFUL HINTS ON COPING WITH THIS JOB AS I NEED IT for the next few months

Yes, a summer job while in college.
Look at it this way. No matter what else is going on, it is just a means to and end for you, but most of those fools DO THIS FOR A LIVING and you won't have to as you are doing something with your life.

I worked for a greeting card company that stocked greeting cards, gift wrap etc. and I just didn't like dealing with the people that managed the stationary department and my boss, she cussed like a sailor. I know how you feel. Maybe you could sell items on eBay to make a little extra cash and I think I'd rather be a waitress than work in merchandising anyday. At least you can make tips doing that! Good luck!
