According to Criminal Justice USA: you can get into many fields like court bailiff, corrections officer, customs agent, paralegal, private security, police detective, police officer, private investigator, etc.
Of friends of mine who got criminial justice degrees - one went on to become teacher in that field, another a correction officer, a couple of police officers, and one lawyer.

Find the website of your local Sheriff's office or police department and check the job listing. A CJ degree is quite valuable in law enforcement.

you can work as a police officer, at various law enforcement offices (ex. FBI, ATF, Secret Service, etc.), you can work in the courts, also in corrections.
