Totally boycott the products they representing .
Thats how they will think about to play some real cricket. not just abroad holidays.

Not necessary.The promoters themselves would withdraw the ads and remove the cricketers names and pictures.They will be cautious too in future.

BAN the cricketer from doing ads, use more planning in selecting teams, make a new captain other than dravid (he's a gd player not a gd captain), Kick out or show the door to poor performance players, Change coach. Do study on opposite teams' strategies, so that they don't end up like children who didn't study the whole year and went to attend their exams :|
And, per match salary MUST be decreased. The players even if they don't perform well try to just play, cuz they know they're gonna be heavily paid whether they win or lose :\
That's all I will 'say' as being humble> if I were in control as a cricket fan, I would kick sachin, make Sehwag sit for some months and send chappel back....
The players who don't perform now must SIT and sharpen their skills, just like Ganguly did a comeback.
And, new players should get space to fit in imo.

• Mainly team needs to be free form dirty political influence. Keep politicians away from our tem management and selection committee, those who have no previous cricketing background or involvement.
• Obviously looking for new talent and giving opportunity
• No priority has been given to any senior team members considering their previous contributions.
• Keep close eyes on cricketer’s income other then cricket (Advertisement, or any other sources??), other wise one day our team will be questioned by police involving much serious issues then other. Give them realisation that, team India is not a company to register their name as an earning resource. Cricketers are now busier with their other commitment.
• Selection committee must obey public opinions before they made any final or major changes. Opinions can be taken via SMS or internet. Indian team representing for whole country, so committee must not play only key role neglecting public view.
• Some top order players immediately require long holiday, so approve and let them enjoy for ever.

All sports personalities should not be allowed to appear for any marketing ads.

Hand over the Sports management to reputed private and capable organisations on atrial basis for 5 yrs for real development.
Board of cricket constitutions and procedure for selection of cricket players should be totally changed. It is not necessary that players of old reputation to represent the country and only those who are capable of performing for the country should be selected.
The retirement posts of selecting committee chairman should not be given to old players.

Old players can be consulted , but not to be given any authoritative posts.

Selection of players should not be based on regional bias.

Anybody who performs well should be encouraged and all political interference should not be allowed.

The annual payment of 50 lakhs, 35 lakhs and all should be stopped forthwith.

It is not difficult to have 15 best players in a country of 110 Crore people.

Presently Cricket is used by the people concerned to make big money for themselves.

stop pamper, idolize these players & stop treat them like superstars.
they are just normal people who can play decent cricket... thats all.
probably fame has got into their head and they are not motivated enough to play cricket for their country.
cricket is a TEAM sports and should not depend on 1 or 2 players. sachin should find new motivation should he still want to play for india because he has achieved what all cricketer can wish for.
new blood must be mixed with the seniors in order to prepare a new team that can challenge team like australia, south africa and even sri lanka.
government & provate sponsors should not spend so much money on them individually rather as a group/team to encourage them to perform in the sports.
finally, india cricket fan should start to admit that india cricket team is NOT invincible. The fact that NO team is unbeatable nowadays.
Go back to basic and look for those new talented players that is playing cricket around india, train them and motivate them to play proudly for the country rather than just money.

As long as they continue to get the payment from BCCI irrespective of their performance I do not think there will be much improvement even if they are banned from advertising. Instead, their payment should be made based on performance alone.
