I think lindsay lohan, but let me give you the order in their smartness levels:
1. Lindsay Lohan
2. Jessica Simpson
3. Britney Spears
4. Paris Hilton
~~ Paris hilton is at the bottom because i dont think anyone would even THINK about calling her smart. and britney spears is right on top of her b/c she shaved her head (creepy). and then jessica simpson and lindsay lohan because theyve never shaved their heads or drove the opposite way on a freeway.

Jessica Simpson I think. At least she has John Mayer as her influence.
But I truly think that Britney is smart, just misunderstood and dumbs herself down. She's had a bad life. I prescribe more rehab.

Probably Jessica. Paris, Lindsay, and Britney all had their scandalous moments. Jessica didn't really have any.

in my opinion none of em......... Paris is a ***** and she may be going behind the bars, jessica just doesnt know what she wants and she is so ugly, Lindsay had been drinkiing which isnt a good choise, and britney spears doesnt know what to do in her life, i mean she had kids she divorced and she also shaved her head, how much more scandal can she make?????

not paris (is in the middle of fighting jailtime over liscence thing)
linsey lohan keeps her appendix in her freezer and is drunk half the time

Jessica Simpson is smarter than she gets credit for (as easy as that is.) She supports those lotions that clean your pores and usually speaks in very good english. Seems like she is pretty smart and her being played off as a ditz is just an act I think.

hmmmm thats a tricky one cause ummm yea their all like .... yea lol , but i think it would have to be paris , I mean lindsey sucks at acting cant sing for s*** and well is only interesting when shes drunk or showin skin anywhere lol , same goes for jessica and brit , and paris hasnt/doesnt need that stuff , I mean she has had her moments , but well like I said this was a tricky one for me lol
