I want to put together a workbook/journal to help people with depression. Would you be interested in something like that - if you have had/or have depression.
Just wondering.
Lemme know what you think

I've been there. I can give you my past experiences if it would help. I don't think a book would help anyone. Depression is emotional, not mental. Your brain knows better, but your emotions don't listen. For me it took therapy & meds.

is all this depression talk and the sudden emergency of freud and the NLPers really helping society? depression is a disease of the mind, so they make it a real...they give it a name and suddenly you have this thing on you that you cant escape from it like cancer or aids

i think its all bullshit. i think we're all capable of having good times and bad times and going on about it..giving it serious thought is what makes it worse.

like you for example wanting to make a book..are you really helping society or are you making it much worse? the psycholgists are willing to make depression out to be real and a disease because its their bread and butter. they want to get rich off of you by saying you have a disease of the mind! and maybe you do. maybe depression is real and a disease or maybe its just you giving it power letting it control you.

i can say with me ill never get depression. ill just have good days and bad days and ill be glad the good days outweigh the bad ones. thats pretty much life. you take the sweet with the sour. the good and the bad.
