NO!!! Do you want one or both of them missing toes and tails or worse? You know, I can't think of a single type of lizard of the top of my head that if you put two males in the same cage they won't fight, and sometimes to the death....
The only reason reptiles 'need' 'friends' is to mate, so even if you get a female and a male, all you will end up with is eggs, not necessarily two lizards that are friends.

Not only do they not need freinds, but they are better off without them. Besides the obvious fighting between males, you will also notice over time that you have one big fat gecko and one significantly thinner gecko. This is because they will develop a dominance heirarchy, and one will be hoarding as much food as possible.

He'll be fine by himself. The problem with getting another baby is that at this age you can't tell their sex, and if they both turn out to be males they can't live together anyways. They'll be ok as a single though!

Yes you should all the reptiles need a good mate if you don't get one your leopard gecko will be lonely and will want to go away to it's natural habitat and find it's own leopard gecko.

They don't need other geckos to interact with. Multiple females can be ok, but males are territorial.

It will be just fine alone. They don't get lonely and most don't like company anyway.
