This is an old tried and true remedy. Soak some cucumber slices in white vinegar and eat them. Remember...cucumber slices under your eyes reduce puffiness? Yep, they also help get rid of excess fluid. I used to do this alot when I was pregnant and couldn't take diuretics. The vinegar also helps alot. And..they taste great!

OK......... BABY, get on a treadmil and sweat that crap out of your body for about an hour, and after that ban the salt all together... Really, it helped me...
