Dress Code!!!! This is school and they are kids. They aren't going clubbing. I would try to enforce at the very least a very strict dress code or a School Uniform. This would dramatically help a lot of problems in one.

.i would cut out geography from the system hahaha lol
i would ban all cell phones and mp3s and i would make sure that there were more clubs and if students needed to do something religeous at any point and time of the day i would let them and if you think youre drama teachers a creep you can kick him out

No discrimination against certain races because I always see that against blacks it's messed up it's like the teachers target them because they are black it needs to change.
