1- The punishment for sex offenders and rapists would be immediate castration.
2- The family of victims of violent crimes would get to have a go with the perpetrator with no legal repercussions.
3- There would be no years in death row for criminals sentenced to death, the punishment will be swift and within a month of conviction.

I would repeal the following: Miranda ("You have the right to remain silent, etc.); no cell phone while driving; and "blue laws"(stores must close on Sundays). Miranda means nothing; ask any cop; it's a waste of time and energy. The hands-free cell phone while driving law does not reduce accidents at all, and it's impossible to enforce for the most part, so it's bad law. Blue laws, IMHO, violate the constitutional prohibition against the establishment of religion.

1) The law against insider trading.( I have the right to protect my money)

2) The law that bars have to close at 2:00am (Pennsylvania)

3) The law that disallows recreational marijuana use. (It has relatively the same effect as alcohol.)

The helmet law, which would give the rider the CHOICE to wear or NOT wear a helmet.
Seat-belt law, Giving the people the choice to wear or NOT wear a seat-belt.
Smoking law. Giving SMOKERS the right to light up and SMOKE in a BAR or club if they choose to.

I'd make it impossible for illegal residents to get a drivers license
