i have been a convicted felon for about 5 years. how do i go about getting my gun rights restored?

No you won't be able to. once you're convicted and despatched to penitentiary, you looses gun rights thoroughly and would't be restored

The answer to your question is ,try to stay clean and read the constitution. Also hope that the government stops selling our country out to any group of people with money. You have the right to protect your self in this country ,I guess ? Stay outta trouble buddy.

A person was beat to death in OC jail, and well I am currently suing OC for constitutional violations, man must be some bad times in OC
Man the ACLU is awesome for helping and or assisiting.....
This abuse of power has to stop...
People of Money and or Power deserve no more Rights than the poor and lower class..

You can get an expungement, but I think it's 10 years? I think the time depends on the state where the offense occured.

You have to get your record exp unshed. It take allot and requires a lawyer.
