dude I was a pizza hut driver. When all hell breaks loose and your taking 3 or 4 deliveries at once, we forget to look at the tickets. When your 20 minutes behind, sometimes it slips or minds. But all you really have to do is if its the first time, then just asked and we'll get it back as soon as possible, if its a repeated offence, then call and tell the shift leader, I also managed, he'll take care of it. They'll do anything not to get complained on

What? You're SUPPOSED to pay them in 2 liter bottles of soda. That money stuff is optional. You've been getting pretty badly ripped off all this time, huh?

I used to deliver pizza myself and trust me no one is STEALING your soda, they are simply forgetting to bring it to the door. When lying on the floor board of the car if the driver even remembered to bring it THAT far, it is not real visible. Out of sight out of mind as they say. Remind the driver at the doot and I am sure they will get it for you.

Call and complain about it, if they don't offer a free pizza or something and an apology then switch to another pizza place for your pizza.

I have never had that happen to me. Bummer deal! Sorry about that. I am sure that if you call the restaurant they will reimburse you. Maybe you should try a new pizza place.

mabe they were thirsy nex time order ice tea or something not that desireable to see if they forget or love free soda someone else is paying for

Well personly I would call there and tell them that you bit into A bug that was on there pizzia and try to sue them for it even if there was no bug on the pizza that is how I would pay them back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
