Do any of you know where I can find Guitar lessons for my 7 year old in the South Seattle Metro area? I dont think I really want to go into Seattle, or any suggestions on where to begin my search?? Thanks bunches for your input!

Here is an idea ... contact your local highschool or community college, and ask to talk to the music instructor there. Ask if there are any students who play the guitar well and have the ability and skills to teach a young child. It would be a great experience all around, and you can sit in on the lessons to make sure things go well. You could also ask at local music stores as well as music teachers at schools for names of guitar instructors.

http://www.guitartricks.com is a great online site with video lessons and a very helpful forum. It's helped me out alot.
