I beg to differ with IB and Jackalan but they are not correct
The "Documents of Surrender" were signed on the Mighty Mo,in Tokyo Bay,in August,1945.

The Allied Peace treay: September 8, 1951 in San Francisco, a delegation of dignitaries assembled to sign the document (Treaty of Peace with Japan) .
Might wanna try re- reading that Wikipedia article.
