we have been having practices for softball weeks i come to every practice and i try my best every practice. my softball coach/P.E teacher made cuts before the first game so today he put up the list who made the team. he gave this whole speech about if you try your best and go to every practice and get your physical form from the doctor in you'd make the team, and i did ,but i didn't make the team. at first, i thought it was because i wasn't good enough to make the team but when i found out who made the i knew it was because my coach is a pervert who has a crush on my previous best friends(they don't try at all, they suck). since he posted the team in public everyone knew and everyone said the same thing its because he's a pervert i have enough stuff on him to get him fired and i was thinking about making him give a formal apoligy in front of the whole school and then still get him fired because i have all power and authority i have his job and pension in my hands what should i do?

Make an appointment with the Principal and calmly explain what you have said here. Or, have your mom/dad call and talk.Good luck. And being a brat saying "I have his job in my hands" is going to get you NO WHERE except for your schools 'brat list'.
ALSO: Get togeather with girls from the team who will willingly tell the principal that he did something too. Having 4 girls sy he did is 100% better than 1 girl who didnt make the team & may just be mad

You are talking about 2 things here, so I will talk about them separately.
The whole not making the softball team. You did not make it. It may not be fair. Life is not fair. Time to get used to that fact. I have been a coach, and what coaches see and what students think they see is not always the same. Get over it and try again next year.
This guys a pervert. If he has actually made inappropriate gestures or comments to you and your friends, you need to document this and tell your parents first. You must have things documented. This is not about having all the power and authority and his life and pension in your hands. Talking like that makes you sound like a vindictive b****, and I think you should be above this behavior. It IS about doing the right thing and reporting someone who is doing something wrong. If he loses his job, etc. for doing these things, then those are simply the consequences of the bad behavior choices he has made.

First of all if my coach was doing all of this perveted stuff i wouldn't have wanted to get on that team with him. As for your friends i think they need to go and stick by you and you gals should go and talk to the principal or a very close teacher because what that man is doing is wrong. Noone should have to worry about something like this happening at school so you should get him fired.

first of all, no student has a teacher's job in their hands. nor do you have all the power and authority. if you had dirt on the teacher and knew that he was doing something wrong a long time ago, you should have gone to the administration then. now you are just using it to get what you want, which makes you no better than him. besides, the administration is going to look at you as a disgruntled student and probably not take you seriously. you cannot tell me that he filled the entire team with your best friends. coach's can put whomever they want on their teams regardless of precious promises. that just the way it is.

I think you should definitely report the coach that you are speaking of, but not to get revenge or to demonstrate your newly-found power; instead, you should report him for the good of the team and/or athletic department at your school. There is no reason for a person with such low morals and a blatant disregard for young students (in this instance, female students) to continue to work and be a part of a school-based group/organization.

If he actually has done something inappropriate or illegal, I would tell you parents and then either the police or principal. But make sure you have some kind of proof. Don't just destroy this guys like because you didn't make the team. But if he really is doing something wrong, you need to tell someone.

as a formerly molested child and now a mother, i would say to tell your parents immediately. don't even worry about his future. it's obvious he doesn't care about it so why should you? if you don't tell how many more little girls will go through this humiliation because you didn't tell? better to tell now than not to and regret it later.
when i told my mother years later she cried because she couldn't go back and un do it.
i am now 55 and am barely getting through the mental part of it. it hasn't been easy.
PS: ever seen the kids who live on the streets? they were all abused by someone. no one grows up wanting to live on the streets.
go tell an adult. don't wait or think about it anymore. it can do a number on you mind.

Adversity is the spice of life, try again next year. Your former best friends must not mean much to you if you cant congratulate them for their sucess. Consider as well that you just may not be good at what you are doing... maybe they are good and do not need to try. It is highly likely that if this coach is perverted like you say then your best bet would be to stay far far away from him. Try tennis or something new and goodluck next year.

You should definetly report this coach. The reason being that things could go much farther. He should talk to his students that way. It is considered sexual harrasment. Go to a principal and tell them what you have heard and seen.

Take all of this to your father and see what he thinks you should do
i personally would take everything to the principal and have a very long talk and make sure this gets strained out
