Not very. It would mean the person is born around the New Moon (when the Sun and Moon occupy the same sign, as you note in your query) - as well as being born at around the time of Dawn.

pretty rare...like 1 in 300 ..its a more evolved soul usually here to focus on a specific task for their soul as well as many others......more people have a triple element sign like fire, earth, wind water but all three the same zodiac is pretty rare....but not completly uncommon
