It could be a number of things.Drinking more than one caffeine drink a day,staying on the computer too long,something personal can be bothering you,it may be something a prescription can fix,You could be excited about something,etc.You really need to give us more details.

Sometimes you might have caffeine without realizing it. Some sodas have caffenine. Sometimes you are tired and worried about something.
