Try your local library. Barnes and Nobles bookstores also has a good variety.

I think you can even buy a program to make Marvel comics on your computer...

Try any of the major bookstores in the Self-learning sections or the art section...

Study existing comic books.. see how they make up their books.. then use a Desktop Publisher program to make your own frames on a page.. add in graphics and overlay text.

There's a great one called Drawing Comics The Marvel Way. Google it. I don't know if it's still in print but you might be able to get a copy second hand.
