Try to add more protein to your diet and not as many carbs.

There are many factors to consider here. Two weeks isn't a lot of time to lose weight, if that's what you really want to do.

Do you already have your dress and you can't fit in to it? If yes, you'll probably want to lose some weight. Eat several small meals throughout the day, stay away from junk food, drink lots of water, and exercise at least 30-60 minutes a day.
OR....do you already have a dress and you just want to maintain the weight you are in right now so you can stay the current size you are to be able to fit in to your dress? If that's the case, same advice as above.

Of course, there are always body wraps you can try. Most spas do them for around $100. I've done them a few times and they work good. If you've never had a body wrap done, it's easy and painless and guarantees you'll lose inches (though it's all water weight that will return after a few days). This is a good option if you can afford to get it done, maybe the day before your prom.
What happens with the body wrap, is you'll get wrapped from head to toe in ace bandages that are soaked in a type of herbal liquid. Once you are done being wrapped, they'll drench you in the rest of the liquid, throw baggies on your hands and feet, then make you work out for about an hour. Don't worry, it's a light workout, like gently walking on a treadmill or bouncing on a trampoline. Throughout your "workout" they'll drain the baggies of the liquid. Once you're done, you'll be unwrapped. You can notice results immediately. They'll also take measurements before and after the wrap to show you how much you lost overall.

Like I said, I've done the wrap a few times, it's easy, painless, and works good for a quick temp fix. Great for events like the prom. It's not a permament fix, but a good temp fix. Good luck and have fun at your prom!!!

First, don't do anything nutty to jeopardize your health. Two weeks is really too short a time frame to realize major weight loss.

However to deal with reducing any kind of bloating watch your salt intake in the days before your event. Salt can lead to water retention.

If you want a long term plan for more than just your prom, consult a dietician.

And besides I thought the goal of a prom was to not stay in your dress

well it depends on how much you want to lose. but if you wanna lose a lot, then start now!
first, start by going to a gym.
if you cant afford that or dont have the time, then do these simple routines.

Crunches-
-4 slow up and down
-4 fast
-4 pulses double time
repeat with one let up, other leg up, both legs. then move both legs over to both sides and repeat for the obliques.
of course, works abs and obliques.

pushups-
sets of 10. either the "girl" way or the "boy" way to tone ur arms

squats-
sets of 10. hold and pulse. repeat 5 times. tones all around legs

running, jogging, (cardio) -
to get your heart pumping and to keep it pumping do 1 hour or more of running, dancing, simming, jogging, biking a day for 2 weeks. *make sure u drink ALOT of water which actually helps u lose weight.

eat properly-
eat a LOT of fruits and veggies, especially the colorful ones.
try not to eat too many fatty foods and junk!!!

Watch what you eat. Limit your diet, but still remain healthy. A lot of running. Working the leg muscles helps burn a lot of fat cause the legs are the largest muscles. And you must be commited to the diet and excersice for the duration of the two weeks. Also there's the posiblity of using safe drugs that will cut your cravings so you don't eat as much.

Run 20 minutes every day. Or jog, or walk.
Eat healthy, don't snack at all, just eat your meals at regular intervals.
Don't obsess over it.
Maybe do like 15 push ups in the morning and at night before you go to bed?

It really depends on how much weight you want to lose. But one of the best things you can do for yourself is to drink lots and lots of water. ALSO drink Apple Juice. It cleanses toxins from your system which help you to lose weight. Also it will make you feel better.
GOOD LUCK! I bet you will look great!
