Ha Ha, April fools is my Birthday!!! You know those spray hoses on the sink? Once I taped down the lever so that the first person to turn on the faucet would get sprayed. Too bad I forgot I did it and sprayed myself. I am a DORK!!!! I also gave my coworker a phone message saying to call Buffy Lowe, the phone # was for our local Zoo. He didnt even get it and kept calling the zoo asking for Buffy Lowe....Get it???? Buffalo. Ok sorry I just realized that I am a total loser LOL. Have fun!!!

OK, here's one I'm going to try this year -- get a box of yummy breakfast cereal, the kind kids really liked (I got chocolate-coated rice puffs).

Carefully cut the bottom of the box open, and remove the bag.

Carefully open the bottom of the bag, and remove cereal. I made rice krispy treats with mine, but you could store yours in a zip-lock bag.

Rinse out the bag, let it dry, then fill it with little toys (like leggos) or maybe craft beads/buttons. Tape the bottom shut, then put it in the breakfast cereal box, and glue or carefully tape it shut. When the kids come over, let them have their "treat"!

Another variation would be to switch the cereals in various boxes -- put the whole-bran-fiber-healthy stuff in the yummy sugar-laden poppy box, and vice versa.

The old "jar of nuts" trick would probably be good, too -- you get one of those trick jar of nuts that springs open on you when you open it up.

You could also break it to grandkids and kids that you and hubby are "moving to Hawaii." Milk it for all it's worth!

Have fun!

ok one good one is to pretend and convicne someone that you played a joke on them so then they will be paranoid and keep asking you what the prank was....you dont tell them the truth until the end of the day
