how do I get a screensaver on my email address?

Not exactly a question I'd expect in the "fish" forum, but here goes:

From the start button in the lower left, follow these links: control panel, Appearance and Themes, Choose a Screensaver, 3D Text. Click on the "settings" button and select the circle next to "Custom Text". Type in what you want the screensaver to say, click "apply", then "okay". That should do it. Depending on your version of Windows, the steps might be slightly different.

ADDITION: I just reread your question - are you trying to make a screen saver using your email, or email a screensaver? It's not really clear what you are wanting to do.
