The democrats in the house are scared to death to anger their anti-war base. It is a fine example of why a democratic president will not be able to respond to any terrorist threat without alienating his/her supporters.

Maybe she, as President Bush has surprisingly enough, decided to show Tony Blair the respect he deserves and let him handle HIS country's conflict with Iran, as he requested.
