What do you think is gonna happen to me for prank phone calling my middle school main office?

well i live in gaithersburg maryland and i prank called my middle school with a cell phone and did *67, i didnt say anything threatening or anything all i said was ahhhhhh for like 2 minutes, this was like 3 months ago, one of the people who work in the main office has a child in my grade which is 8 grade and i called his house and left rude messages saying that he is a homosexual and i acted like a parent saying that he is selling drugs to my child, i called once and than stopped for like 3 weeks than did it again, now the police found out that it is me. and i have to go to court now. the cop said that i can get suspended or expelled from school, what do you think will happen? i feel really bad now for the family

HAHA!!! that wuz an awesome prank. but too bad u got caught. you're probably gonna get in tons of trouble though. like getting ur cell phone taken away, grounded, no alowence, but w/e it wuz worth it cuz that wuz an awesome prank. how did they find out it was u?

Yes, you can get expelled. What you did is basically a hate crime since you involved words that present homosexuality in a very negative manner. If you threatened him in any way on your message, that's even worse. Do your best to apologize and extend every courtesy you can think of to the family in an attempt to make amends, and maybe you will get off with mandatory community service or some sort of counseling for your anger and hatred.

it depends if you did bad stuff before , and it depends how strict your school and the police are. im thinking they may slap your rists and give you a suspension. but since your going to court , probably a fine for harrasment , which may burn a hole in your pocket , a kid in my school called a bomb threat and was expelled and got like a 1000 dollar or a 10000 fine , im not sure which , but i think your fine if u do will only be under 1000 definaly , depends on how the whole situation is taken. Oh yea and I think it is sexual harrasment if u called a kid a homosexual , hmmmm well idk the rest , but i think youll do fine , just tell the truth , and say your sorry , and you mean it man , call up the family and apoligize ,and they may consider not pressing charges, if u see the kid at school and is being picked on , stick up for him and look concerned for him , and then i bet he will tell his parents what you did and that could help too
