They ask questions like, How old are you, or where are you from, or what is your favorite color.
How in the heck do they pick a best answer ?

I used to just let those ones go to vote but now I just pick one that gave an explination or has the same answer I would have given. Its the farest way I can figure out when picking for those kind of questions

You know, I'm not sure. They must either pick the answer that is the closest to them personally (like an age or hair color) or just pick at random.

First, they read all the ID of the people who answered.
Second, they take their computer to high place in the mountains.
Third, they make a short film on how to dance and ask how to pick a best answer.
Finally, they IM the person who they think is hot, and if she/he is, and he/she gives her/him best answer and ten points.

If I ask a question like that, I just pick an answer at random or one that I can relate to.

If I asked a question like that I would choose the answer that was most like me. Or if they manage to make the answer interesting I'd choose that one cause they would of had to put some effort in to answering it.

Good question! Maybe they give the points to someone who actually answers the question by being witty and not being a jerk. I really don't know! Maybe they choose at random.
