Nooo kidding. I watched "Cops" once in my life. They were so proud of catching a dude who stole a pizza. They were on his *** as if he had robbed a freaking bank. Sucks.

have you ever actually seen a homeless man taken to jail for stealing food? What did they do? Let him clean up give him some food and release him the next morning. Any person can steal quite a bit and not go to jail so long as they cooperate.
