I like it. I named my son Nathaniel David. David is one of those names that will always be around. But, I think it's a little less common than Michael or Bill.
These days you really don't hear it often. For those who like to shorten names, you can also call them Dave or Davy.

David is a wonderful name because my father's name is David. David means "beloved". So I think David is a wonderful name!

The name David takes me back to the Bible. David was a king and the son of Solomon. It is a strong name to me. I like it.

personally I love biblical names..... you need to think f future as weel, and david will look good on a resume. I named my son Elijah. you can't go wrong with a classic name. but remember that no matter what, a name doesn't change or define someone. you could just as easily name him sunshine and he'll still be your boy.

It is a very strong and very popular name. I think it's better for a middle name because of the popularity.
But if it's a family name or after a relative, go with it!

I love the name David. I chose it for my son. It is a classic & enduring masculine name. I do not like Dave. But then again, I don't like nicknames.

i personally like the name david its a biblical as well as a traditional name and not "way out there"

I could never name my kid David, because I worked with this really annoying guy who was always staring at me, and was a real jerk.
But it's a nice name. It's my older brother's middle name too.
