Think of the consequences of your actions first. If you punch someone what is the likelihood you will be arrested for assault and battery and placed in county jail? What will the assault victims sisters or brothers, parents or loved ones think of you if you do that?
There is a video game called Air Strike 3-D where it is nonstop devastation. You blow up things with rapid fire machine guns and missiles and destroy oil wells, tanks, various ground targets in hails of bullets that explode in fiery destruction before your eyes. It does an extremely good job venting rage, anger, stress, frustration, and exasperation for the day, heck, for the week. Highly recommended as a practical solution to your problem.

As a matter of fact, I feel that way almost every day. I really don't like being around many people anymore. Somedays I just want to punch someone out. I usually listen to some good angry music to get those feelings out. Like anything by Godsmack, Metallica, Rob Zombie. You get my drift. I also try really hard to just consider the source and try to not let stupid people get to me,
Don't let someone else ruin your day because then they win.

If you find yourself in a stressful situation, turn and walk away if possible. Try counting to ten to yourself, before answering someone. If something is really bothering you, write it down on paper and place it in a safe place. Wait two weeks and go back and look at what you wrote, it will have solved itself, and you'll wonder why you ever worried so much for nothing. Try listening to what others are saying, and smile more. It always stresses others out.

If you can afford it, why don't you buy one of those large six foot martial arts manican dummies on a good solid heavy metal base (that they use to practise their kicks and punches on)! I believe that many therapist recommend taking out your anger on something like this in a private room in your home or where other people do not notice you.

Beat the hell out of a pillow =p but I'm thinking that you want a nonviolent way to get the emotions out. You can just mellow out by watching videos on YouTube or writing in a journal or write the randomest things anywhere...oooo maybe you'll like this video:

I have the same feeling,. sometimes,. it happens at fast food places,. I have to repeat myself twice,. more than once,. and sometimes,. that upsets me,. What you have to do,. is realize that there are people smarter than you,. and you're not the only smart person around,. and sometimes,. some of the people you think are dumber than you,. or stupid, are smarter than you,. I don't mean this to be mean, I just find that people who think like you do,. or feel like you do think you're smarter than everyone else,. I sometimes think I have to do this to, or for myself,.
