I have a 28 waist and I am also 5'6. Although I am trying to gain weight because I'm borderline underweight.

WOW! I once had a 24" waist when I was like 17 and thought it was huge! Now I'm , ummmm 53 and my waist is the size of the Earth! I wish I had a waist in the 20's again you lucky lucky girl!
