vegaswom… I am sorry but how can you use the word rational in the same sentence as support this president.... That negates your point.

Yes I do feel superior to anyone who can be so blinded to the truth.

No.

Supporting the idiot Bush at this stage is all about die-hard party affiliation and insecure egos.

If really you care about America, the constitution, the middle class, the troops, the deficit, the future, then you don't support Bush.

Nope. This president stands firmly against what the nation was founded upon: secularism, science, rationality, philosophy and a vision for the future unmatched by any since except, possibly, Bobby Kennedy.
Our president, who proudly touts that he does not read, is already repeating the past -- not of the formation of this country, but rather of medeival Europe. And there is NOTHING to be proud of there.

A real Patriotric American tests his president.
A democratic country is run by the people.
Remember, the people control the government. Not the other way around. If you submit to the government's grasp, you sir are not a Patriot. When a government cheats, lies, steals, and kills, the people need to stand up and defend their country.

Try reading the "Constitution of the United States" buddy. Learn what the word Patriot really means before you make yourself look stupid again.

I agree with justgoodfolks.

A lot of people love their country and misguidedly support Bush because they either don't have all the information, or because they want so badly to believe that he's good.

Sometimes "wanting to believe" can override a person's common sense and the evidence all around him or her.

Well, my brother-in-law is patriotic, respects this president, and is neither a sheep nor a lemming.

He's just wrong, that's all.

p.s. Dylan is not my brother-in-law.... or IS he? Dylan? DYLAN?! Oh crap!

p.p.s. Big Mike Jones, you didn't follow your own advice!

It's way too easy to see you'll NEVER be a patriotic American. I'm not even sure you can come up to the standards of being a traitor.

Liberals cannot respect this country, this President, these rights we the People have, no do they respect the idea of citizens voting.

Liberals want a socialist country, one that the government takes from the working man and gives welfare to the rest.

I served my country in 72-76, with one tour of Nam and because I served, you have the right to voice your opinion, good or bad, smart or stupid, liberal or conservative.

There is an old saying, " it is better to be thought stupid, than to open ones mouth, or write a post and remove all doubts."

It depends on who the president is, and whether or not you believe they are doing what is best for the country.

Oops, my bad, I misread the question, oh well, I still stand by my answer.
