i have a friend. we are just really good friends. but i think about him all the time. does this mean i care about him. or i like him? cuz i don't think i like him, but then why do i always think about him?

well you always think about who u care about, so maybe ur starting to like him, or maybe ur just really starting to value ur friendship with him.

You sound like me. i have a new friend that i met here on Q&A. i think about him all the time. i surely do care about him. i care sincerely about his welfare and am looking forward to getting to know him better. You most likely think about this friend all the time because there is something about them that fascinates you. It does not necessarily mean you are in love, but i suppose that is possible. In order to find that out, you will have to do a personal inventory. Only you can say how you truly feel about this person and why. Do you just really love his company? Is he a person of extraordinary character? He may just be pleasant to think about. Best wishes!

Love is a choice. Yeah, you read that right. Love is a choice.
That fluttery feeling that people get when they "crush" on someone? Just your body saying "Hey! Look! Attractive person!"
Just be friends for now, and don't stress about dating, no matter what the world tells you.
Take some advice from someone whos had many a broken heart:
Be content with being friends. If you really feel you want to get closer to the guy, or any guy later on in life, /court/ them! Courting is dating with the intention of marriage. It really helps the good guys to stay.

If you are good friends like you say then of course you care for him. If you "like" him or not is not a big deal at this moment. Enjoy being friends for now and if after a while you find you like him then great. But for now, don't worry about it.

I'm going through something very similar. I have someone who I think about all the time. I really can't say that I like him but I do think about him all the time.

If someone is on your mind a lot you must have some sort of feelings for them. Thats not to say love or anything just feelings.

Well we tend to think about people that are in our lives all the time. Sometimes we worry, sometimes we think.. what was he thinking, sometimes we just think about the things we did together or things they have told us about. But it all depends on what exactly you are thinking about him. You know (inside your heart) if you truely like him or if you are falling for him.
