Unfortunately that has become fiction. Not the founding fathers enthusiasm but the constitution itself.

NO, I'm American, I'm waiting till they make a movie about it.

Besides, it never was meant to be strictly interpretted. Thats why its called a living document. It's meant to change with the times. That was what the spirit of our founding father meant the constitution to be like.

I agree...Bush is a disgrace to America and has violated his oath of office by not upholding the Constitution!

yeah, unfortunately because i had to go to intersession and we learned a bunch of social studies.
