If you talk on a cell phone in your car. You must be very important should you have a chaffer?

Reason asking almost wrecked today woman ran a stop sign talking on her cell.

I was at the DMV yesterday and they had to actually ask some dumb blonde bimbo to talk quieter on her cell phone because everybody in the whole place could hear her. Then she had the nerve to tell the person she was talking to that THEY (the dmv people) were being rude! I can't stand rude ignorant people with cell phones in a car or anywhere else!!!

I think that a mobile phone bill is in place in many jurisdictions for legally banning them while driving. Hopefully that will become a law.
