its a great marketing tool and a great way to stay in touch with freinds. i have freinds all over the world that i just cant see everyday. myspace has made it easier for me to stay up on what they are up to. i see pictures and read blogs. its not the same as not having those freinds with me... but in alot of ways it makes me feel a whole lot closer to them.
also when your a musician such as myself its a great way to let fans know when a new cd is coming out, when your next video is coming out, or just simply say thanks for being a fan and making me one of the top artists in the nation.
there are alot of benifits of myspace.

Not I, I feel I am too mature for thing s like that(24 y.o.) + my lil sisters and her lil friends are on it so what do I look like being on it? No offense to the 30+ on myspace

I only go onto myspace to look at my boyfriends bands site apart from that i don't go on it!!

I have no idea. Personally i think that myspace is ridiculous. I feel that by people putting themselves on there, they are setting themselves up for rape and stalking. I strongley suggest that you don't get one. It is completely unsafe.

Myspace has become "acceptable voyeurism", people enjoying looking at other peoples pictures......and people enjoy showing off their own pictures.

Well they meet people on myspace and talk and have layouts and get friends on myspace also

My sister is. I've never really paid it that much attention. I think it's kind of like Yahoo 360.
