I cant decide if i want to go on a road trip with my mom and brother to look at colleges. I am horrible at deciding.

The pros would be:
look at colleges, have an idea for future
get to see new area and explore
spend time with my brother before he leaves for college
visit beach and the college campus, might be interesting (ive never been to a college before)

cons:
miss school for 1 day (hard to make up)
miss a sports activity
wouldn't get to spend time with my dad (i feel bad about leaving him at home alone and i havent spend a lot of time with him...)
we have to drive for 7 hours in one day... a lot of driving

well what would you do? stay or go?

By all means go. This is a great opportunity to see some places you've never seen before & perhaps it might give you some ideas about college, plus you get to spend a little more time with your brother whom you'll certainly miss while he's away at school. Dad will be fine & you can spend extra time with him when you get back & I'm sure you are smart enough to make up work for 1 day missed at school. Have some fun.

Go. you won't see your brother much. you will see things you never have before.
you will see your dad when you get back. missing one day of school isn't that bad .7 hours driving is not a lot . you will have fun..

Well you're brother will be leaving for school very soon and then you can spend time with your dad. I would go. It might be fun to go look at schools.

Your asking what I would do..... I would go! Have some fun with your brother before he leaves, if you ask your teachers ahead of time I am sure that they would get your work together for you so that you dont have so much to make up, and some of your teachers would probly incurage you to go, who knows if your going to get this chance again.

i would go! school, sports and your father you can always catch up on when you get back, sure it'll be a lil hectic but sometimes the lil adventures we go on make it all worth the while!
but then again this comes from a broad that likes going on vacations on the drop of a hat and being broke for months afterwards :)

stay, because you may never get a better chance to look at colleges. Plus 1 one day of school isn't so bad is it?

hmmm...that is hard. I think that I would go. Esp since you wont get to see much of your brother once he decides on a school. You can always get your work ahead of time for class.

go because this is a really big decision and will cost you a lot of money so you need to be sure of what college you want and what you want to do

you should totally go, your dad will probably be enjoying his alone time, plus 1 day of school and one game isn't going to hurt anything
